The species and subspecies should be arrayed alphabetically and the first unique letter in the species or subspecies be taken as the second or the third letter of BAC clone name. For T. turgidum subsp. dicoccoides, it will be TTD; for T. turgidum subsp. dicoccum, it will be TTU; for T. turgidum subsp. durum, it will be TTR.
