Sequence

• TREP, the Triticeae Repeat Sequence Database, from Thomas Wicker.
  Release 10.  300 new repeats.

Mapping

• MAG markers from wheat. 2500 expressed STSs and SSRs, from Zhengqiang Ma.
• Wheat, Chinese Spring x SQ1. 640 markers, from a publication on yield QTLs. Submitted by Steve Quarrie
• Barley, Cali-sib x BowmanBC, QTL. Four QTLs for spot blotch resistance.
• UMB barley microsatellites. 76 EST-SSRs, from a publication by Kevin Smith.
• Shortlist of GrainGenes maps. The complete list of 175 mapsets is still available but the short list (the most recent ones with the most markers) is easier to browse and explore.
• BAC contigs from Ae. tauschii. The D-genome physical mapping project anchored many BACs to genetically mapped markers. Now several GrainGenes maps display the positions of these BACs relative to loci on the 1D - 7D chromosomes. Example. These BAC-annotated maps include:
