Reports
A testing report for the 20 or so contigs per batch needs to be
returned to the database. Such reports would include for each
marker:
- contig registry number
- category (a-e as above, exploitable, non-exploitable)
- For exploitable markers,
- the locus specific primers used (possibly
up to 3 pairs per contig),
- SNP validation method (including additional
probe or primer information appropriate to the method),
- SNP validation results on the set of 30 standard wheat varieties.
- Date
- Person/lab responsible
