May, 2004: A new assembly of wheat D genome FPC contigs is available in WheatDB. This assembly includes 13,647 contigs and 4,730 singtons associated with 267,451 BAC/BIBAC clones and 727 RFLP(508)/EST(219) markers. All those data have been updated in the WheatDB database.

WheatDB is wheat D-genome physical mapping database which contains BAC libraries, clone fingerprints, markers and contigmaps. The BAC fingerprints are being updated weekly. Welcome to search WheatDB

FPC Web Viewer is a Java-based tool to view FPC data and contig maps. Now it's available to view the FPC Contig maps and data in wheat D-genome physical mappingand several other FPC projects.

A total of 302,976 Ae. tauschii BAC and BIBAC clones in five BAC/BIBAC libraries, representing a 8.5x coverage of the wheat D genome, have been developed in this project.
