Software: Version 2.1: There are 2 different installers available for download:
Important: To download a binary file and save it as the correct name, you usually right click on the filename's link point and select Save from the popup menu. Note: Before installing this software, you need JRE1.4 (or J2SE1.4) or higher version in your macine. You can download at http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/download.html . Sample Data: Sample data have been packaged into the GenoProfiler 2.1 installer. After you install the software, you will find a "SampleFiles" directory in the GenoProfiler inatallation directory. You can directly use them for test. In this sample data package, 34 sample files (*.fsa) off ABI 3100 Genetic Analyzer are included.
