- March 27, 2003: GenoProfiler v1.0 is available for download.
- April 3, 2003: Contamination check module was modified for dealing with different clone naming policy in FPC size files. GenoProfiler v1.01 is available for download.
- April 10, 2003: Some bugs are found and fixed in contig map viewer, contamination, and fragment frequency analysis modules. Search feature in contig map viewer works now. Please update your software with GenoProfiler v1.02.
- May 13, 2003: Some bugs are found and fixed in multiple color (4 or less colors) size editing. Please update your software with GenoProfiler v1.03.
- July 7, 2003: GenoProfiler 1.04 is available. Some important improvement in size calling and editing, and contamination check has been made in this version. Some bugs are also fixed in fragment frequency analysis.
- July 12, 2003: GenoProfiler 1.05: ABI 3730 fingerprinting data will be supported. Software will take the output files from GeneMapper as input instead of sample files from ABI 3730.
- August 26, 2003: two new modules are added: conversion of hybridization well position to clone name (ID) and conversion of clone-marker pairs to Ace file for FPC marker merging.
- November 5, 2003: GenoProfiler1.07 released. One new module (F+/F- analysis for parameter setting in data processing) is added. Off-scale peak check, vector peak check and size standard peak check are added. Some bugs are fixed.
- November 24, 2003: GenoProfiler1.08 released. Supported the extension ".bands" of size files where size files are taken as inputs. Added a option to set the size range from a clone fingerprint for subse
tting clones in FPC size files /sample files/FPC file management module.

- December 15, 2003: GenoProfiler1.09 released. Added an option to directly remove the suspiciously contaminated clones during contamination check. Added an option to remove the clones with low peak intensities in batch-processing sample files. Fixed some bugs in Trace Viewer module. Changed the interface of Size Calling and Editing Dialog module.
- March 12, 2004: GenoProfiler1.10 released. GeneMapper output files (*.dat) (default format when fragments are saved in a file) can be analyzed. The old *.txt file extension supoort has been removed.
- Feburary 8, 2006: GenoProfiler 2.0 released. Fixed some bugs and updated the fragment editing algorithm. Removed F+/F- analysis module and FPC contig viewer module (a sperate program will be available).
