Remarks	Mapping was done on 107 recombinant substitution lines (RSLs). These lines were derived from crossing the DS 5AEurope, a disomic substitution line carrying chromosome 5A from European spelt wheat, with female monosomic 5A Chinese Spring plants. Mapmaker/EXP 3.0 to construct the maps based on LOD>3.0 This linkage group maps the Q locus to the 'Xcdo504-XksuF1 interval in the distal region the long arm of chromosome 5A' See Linkage_Data '5A, DS 5AIran' for the parallel study with Iranian spelt.
