| Mapping population comprised 45 F`2` individuals from a cross between 'Chinese Spring' and a synthetic wheat. A common set of probes mapped on the short arm of chromosome 5 in two populations of T. monococcum and on 5DS in this population of T. aestivum revealed colinear loci (also generally colinear with 5HS in barley).
