| 59 RFLP probes, most with known locations in wheat, mapped 67 loci and demonstrated a high degree of conserved colinearity between the domesticated and wild wheat genomes. All S^l^ and D chromosomes are colinear, except for 4S^l^ and 7S^l^ which are translocated relative to wheat. |
| 43 probes, 23 of which were mapped on the Ae. longissima population, also mapped to Chinese Spring/Ae. longissima addition lines and the Chinese Spring/Ae. longissima amphiploid. 31 probes hybridized to DNA from Chinese Spring/Ae. sharonensis addition lines.
