| Segregation data from the SSR primer pairs was analyzed with segregating AFLP alleles using Joinmap (v 2.0). An initial LOD score of 5.0 compiled the 7 linkage groups corresponding to barley chromosomes 1H - 7H, for a total of 1173 cM. |
