Remarks	Consensus maps combined 775 microsatellite loci from research groups that included SCRI, IPK, WUR, Virginia Polytechnic Institue and MPI for Plant Breeding. The computer program RECORD ordered the markers into linkage groups. A framework map was constructed using JoinMap 3.0 using common markers that mapped on two or more individual maps.
