Remarks	Mapping population was created by backcrossing nearly isogenic line D494 with its recurrent parent, and selfing the F1. Resistance to crown rust isolate 203 and the RFLP detected by probes ISU1410, ISU1719 and ISU1774 were mapped in an F2 population of 105 individuals using the software MapMaker Macintosh V2.0. Map units are cM, Kosambi-corrected. Loci Xisu1719 A and B were described in the reference as bands b and d respectively; loci Xisu1774 A and B were described as bands a and c respectively. Locus Xisu1410B was described as band c.
