Remarks	Mapping was done on 275 individuals from a pooled F2 population created from a reciprocal cross of the two inbred lines. Maps were constructed using MAPMAKER 2.0 This study extends the Secale-PxP maps, currently in GrainGenes, by 51 RFLPs, 18 isozyme and protein markers and 13 microsatellite markers. See 'Mapping_Data = Rye, P87 x P105' for the original maps of this population. Twenty-two loci deviated in the Chi Square test (P<0.05) from the expected segregation ratios. Error values were assigned to loci with distorted segregation as follows: Error 2: P=<0.05; Error 3: P=<0.01; Error 4: P=<0.001
