Remarks	Mapping was done on a population of 67 F3 families of a cross between winter wheat cultivar Helios and the wheat line Helami-105 which carries the wheat-rye T1BL-1RS translocation. The map was created using MAPMAKER/Exp version 3.0b 10-20 seeds from each F3 family were analyzed for secalins. 30-40 seeds from each F3 family were evaluated for disease responses to powdery mildew and leaf rust pathogens.
