Remarks	Gatersleben D-genome microsatellites (GDM) were developed by screening genomic libraries from Aegilops tauschii. Mapping was performed on 70 recombinant inbred lines from 'Opata 85' x 'W7984', and analyzed with MAPMAKER 2.0. 42 of the 55 Xgdm loci mapped in this population were in the D genome. Note: The linkage segment from Xabc172 to Xcdo482 on 3DL was previously assigned to 3DS (Reference GEN-149-2007). This has been corrected based on subsequent ditelosomic analysis.
