| An updated and verified chromosome 3 map using published data from Nelson et al (1995), Roeder et al (1998) and Mingeot and Jacquemin (1999) for 115 recombinant inbred lines. Autoradiograms from Nelson et al (1995) were rescored and the new data was subsequently used in creating this map. Maps of 3A, 3B and 3D were constructed using Mapmaker version 2.0 and Map Manager QTX; a LOD threshold of 3.0 was required for linkage mapping. |
