Remarks	Mapping was done on a population of 83 recombinant inbred chromosome lines (RICL) to investigate the source of FHB resistance from a wild tetraploid. Analysis of lines containing the 3A chromosome from T.dicoccoides identified the Qfhs.ndsu-3AS QTL as the source of disease resistance. Type II resistance, the ability to resist the spread of disease once infection has occurred, was measured in this study. The map was made using Mapmaker, phenotypic data were analyzed by SAS, and MQTL was used to do simple interval mapping (SIM) and simplified composite interval mapping (sCIM).
