Remarks	Mapping population: 136 F7 recombinant inbred lines developed by single seed descent. Maps constructed with MAPMAKER 3.0. Linkage groups identified using minimum LOD 3.0 and maximum distance 34.7 cM with the 'join haplotypes' option. Loci were ordered within linkage groups using the 'order' command. Markers with LOD score < 2.0 were only placed in intervals, and are shown on the maps displaced rightward. In the mapping scores A = Ogle, B = TAM O-301, - = missing or heterozygous.
