Remarks	QTL for FHB, DON accumulation and heading date were mapped on a Frederickson/Stander population. Two major QTL on 2H were validated using a population of Frederickson/Stander//M81, created by crossing the F1 from a Frederickson x Stander cross to M81 and selfing 10 progeny to produce the segregating generation. Maps were created with G-Mendel (3.0), QTL were analyzed using GLM procedures of SAS, and composite interval mapping (CIM) was done using PLABQTL. QTL were reported when detected with an LOD score>3.42, corresponding to P<0.05 for experiment wise error rates, and P<0.0004 for comparison-wise error rates.
