Two major QTL on 2H were validated using a population of Frederickson/Stander//M81, created by crossing the F1 from a Frederickson x Stander cross to M81 and selfing 10 progeny to produce the segregating generation. |
| Maps were created with G-Mendel (3.0), QTL were analyzed using GLM procedures of SAS, and composite interval mapping (CIM) was done using PLABQTL. |
