| Mapping population was 110 F3 families from a cross of the dwarf rye UC90 and the Spanish accession E-line, both of which had been inbred more than seven generations. Each family comprised at least 16 F3 plants, bulked to regenerate the F2 genotype. |
| Maps were constructed from dominant and co-dominant markers using JoinMap version 2.0 with a LOD score of 3.0. Additional markers were included one by one if they did not change the order of the core markers or significantly increase the length of the map. |
| Total map length 730 cM. The 184 markers include 60 that have been mapped in other rye populations. |
