Remarks	[ Hide all but 1 of 6 ] 1410 loci including 222 BARC microsatellite markers mapped using the Synthetic x Opata population BARC primer pairs were developed by P. Cregan, Q. Song and associates at the USDA-ARS Beltsville Agriculture Research Station. Meiotic map information was developed by J.R. Shi, R. Ward and associates at Michigan State University. Deletion map information was developed by B. Gill, S. Singh and associates at Kansas State University. Funding for this research is provided by USDA-ARS in conjunction with the U.S. Wheat and Barley Scab Initiative. The mapping scores for the Xbarc loci come from this study, and the others from Nelson et al (1995), Van Deynze et al (1995), Marino et al (1996), Roeder et al (1998), and Cathy Bermudez and Mark Sorrells (2000).
