| 130 recombinant inbred lines were analyzed for adult plant resistance to powdery mildew, adult plant resistance to leaf rust, and soft wheat grain quality. USG3209 contains adult plant resistance to powdery mildew and poor milling and baking quality. Jaypee contains good milling and baking quality and is moderately susceptible to adult plant powdery mildew. The map was constructed using Mapmaker version 3.0b and QTLs were mapped with QTL Cartographer version 2.5. A LOD threshold larger than 3.0 was considered significant. This map version contains 32 chromosome segments. |
