Remarks	RFLP linkage maps were constructed using MAPMAKER v2.0, and markers were subjected to regression and interval analysis using QGENE to identify significant relationships between the RFLP markers and FHB resistance. Locus positions were estimated from the cM scale provided in the reference. Ditelosomic and nullisomic-tetrasomic lines of Chinese Spring were used to determine chromosome arms.
