Remarks	Mapping population comprised 74 F`2`: F`3` families from a cross between a cultivated einkorn wheat and a wild Lebanese accession. Position of centromere inferred by telocentric analysis. A common set of probes mapped on the short arm of chromosome 5 in this and another population of T. monococcum and on 5DS in a population of T. aestivum revealed colinear loci (also generally colinear with 5HS in barley). However, the XNor locus had different locations in different species.
