| 91 recombinant inbred lines were analyzed for wheat stem sawfly cutting and infestation in four different environments. Conan is semi-solid and exhibits antixenosis to the wheat stem sawfly. Reeder is hollow and attractive to the wheat stem sawfly. The map was constructed using Mapmaker version3.0b and MapDisto and QTLs were mapped with QTL Cartographer version 2.5. A LOD threshold larger than 2.5 was considered significant. |
