Microsatellite-containing ESTs were clustered with the StackPACK system: d2_cluster followed by Phrap assembly, followed by CRAW.
Clusters containing more than one EST are named to indicate their species, d2 cluster number, Phrap contig, and CRAW consensus. Example: [Rcl726ct977cn1387] is rice cluster 726, contig 977, consensus 1387.
