Bases 219 to 232 show homology to 7g4 bases 201 to 214 (14 in longest run, maxScore = 41). Reverse primer has 5 mismatches to 7g4, forward primer no apparent homology. (CA)16 36 to 67, (CA)6 113 to 124.
