Subject: data INRA-SSR Club

As a member of Wheat INRA-SSR Club, we received the sequences for 10 SSRs
from Dr. Pierre Sourdille. We tried these SSRs on Chinese Spring as well as
on parents of the ITMI populations. Five of the 10 SSRs showed polymorphism
between parents of the ITMI population. We genotyped the RILs of the ITMI
population with the five polymorphic SSR primers. We are sending herewith
in two separate attached files the data on genotyping of the RILs and the
picture of the gel showing amplification patterns of the five SSR primers in
the two parents of ITMI population and Chinese Spring. We will also send
you soon the data on physical mapping of the remaining three monomorphic
SSRs.
