Ninety
four of the DH lines were genotyped with RFLPs, SSRs , AFLPs, RGPs and one
morphological marker. The base map was constructed using
a subset of 99 markers markers to achieve a target interval distance of 10-15 cM. Details on these markers, and marker
nomenclature, are available in Toojinda et al. (2000).
