QTLs
were mapped using the interval mapping (SIM) and simplified composite interval
mapping (sCIM) procedures of MQTL. For MQTL each data set was analyzed with
1000 permutations, a 5-cM walk speed, and a Type-I error rate of 5%. The
99-point map and multiple environment phenotype data sets were used for QTL
analysis. The scans from these analyses as well as the threshold s for 1000 permutations
and the resulting figure are shown for each trait.
