Base map and genotype data

The Steptoe x Morex map is evolving. The latest complete marker data set and map are available on Graingenes. For these QTL analyses, we employed the base map developed by Diane Mather in 1995. The base map file is also available at this site, as is the accompanying marker file for MQTL analysis.
