Oral Presentation Guidelines:
Invited speakers are asked to present their presentations as Microsoft Powerpoint presentations. Speakers are asked to bring their presentations on CDs.
Posters:
There will be a poster session during the meeting. Posters are encouraged; however registered workshop participants will be limited to presenting one poster at the meeting.
Workshop Abstracts:
Abstracts are requested for all invited talks and poster
presentations. All abstracts will be compiled into a booklet that will be
distributed at the workshop. The deadline for abstract submission is
Use US letter (8.5 x 11 inch) paper, single-spaced, single column, with 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins (top/bottom and sides). Using Times New Roman 12 point font, with abstract text left and right justified. The entire abstract and accompanying information must fit on one side of one page. Each submission should include:
