Applications are sought for a graduate research assistantship to conduct research towards a Master's level degree in the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Delaware State University in Dover, DE. This position will start in Summer 2006 and a yearly stipend with tuition is available for two years. The applicant for this position will have an interest in plant genetics and plant molecular biology/genomics and preferably should have experience in basic biotechnological techniques and working with biological systems. Prior experience in plant genetics, host-pathogen interactions or experience working with model or non-model plant species is an added plus. Deadline for applications: Open until filled.
