Quality Lab Lead, Physiological Testing Nampa, Idaho Syngenta is a world-leading agribusiness company committed to sustainable agriculture through innovative research and technology. This position will manage and direct the execution and evaluation of all physiological seed testing. You will ensure all testing procedures/protocols are in compliance with state seed law requirements, coordinate testing development and enhancements to ensure leading edge technology, and provide support and technical expertise to staff. Position also will supervise, mentor and coach quality lab staff and ensure a unified work environment. Qualifications include a 4 year degree in Biology, Plant Science or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of experience including 4 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting. Must have strong technical, communication and problem solving skills, and have previous experience supervising lab staff. Strong computer skills in MS Office required.
