Role Purpose:

· Overall support of operations as related to supply with a strong focus on products, allocations, orders, delivery dates, returns, dealer soybean discards, and sales forecast
· Interact with Marketing on potential product swaps across brands · Manage packaging against allocations for Q-bits and Treatments
· Support the Demand functions within the Brand as they relate to short-term demand planning, Brand allocations, inventory control measures, and forecasting processes
· Cross-functional role between Sales and Marketing and Corporate Supply Chain groups for effective management of treatments and Brand product lines
· Support process to manage inventory and its utilization to Brand requirements
· Make inventory, order and allocation recommendations to Demand Lead

Accountabilities:

· Manage Brand supply numbers with the Supply Chain Supply Planner.
· Review allocations, direct order changes, and implement allocation changes in systems
· Responsible for wholesale and winter production reporting for Brand
· Laison between Operations and Customer Care in the hand-off of order cuts and substitutions

Additional accountabilities in the following areas will be required as the need arises: Analyze transactional data around Brand sales and distribution processes. Present findings when complete to management group. Communicate changes to customer care and field sales as required. Present an annual review by summarizing final net sales, substitutions, transfers and forecasting to evaluate performance and look for process improvements Support business operations by providing accurate and timely analysis to meet goals and deadlines.
