The USDA-ARS-MWA Soft Wheat Quality Research Unit in Wooster, OH is seeking applicants for a permanent full-time Physical Science Technician, salary Range of $33,135 - $47,864.00. The incumbent participates as a team member with the scientist in all phases of the research process and assumes full technical and operational responsibility for specific phases of wheat quality evaluation and research.

The incumbent will be responsible for the compilation and summary of research data for genetics studies of wheat milling and baking quality. The successful candidate will also assist in the milling evaluations wheat samples submitted to the laboratory. A comprehensive benefits package is available. U.S. citizenship is required.
