Example: Loci by Genome and Group. Comparison of curator approved and raw data mapping totals (based on 3/17/2003 dataset) derived from 7,674 probes screened against Triticum aestivum cv. Chinese Spring aneuploid line series. Comparisons are listed by chromosome groups and by homoeologous groups. Unmapped loci, characterized as visible restriction fragments that were not differentiated or determined in the deletion series totaled 13,255 in number.
