Viewing a Graphical Display of the Map
The graphical display provides a quick survey of the distribution of Locus assignments across the deletion bins on the chromosome. Notice that the deletion bin names are mixed in with the Locus assignments; this will be modified later to provide a clearer and more intuitive display. Do not pay much attention to the color coding of loci at this time, but it is due to an underlying query language which we may be able to make use of at a later date [these are actually loci which have sequenced probes that were listed in TIGR contig assemblies]. To study the actual Locus information, it is best to look at the text display of the information.
- Click on the "Show Text" button seen at the top of the page. This will take you to a textual view of all the information presented in the graphical display.
