Query cDNA Libraries.
The following features are available on this page:
- Search for cDNA Libraries based on Library information, EST Name, or EST GenBank accession number. For example, one could search for all libraries made from the genus 'Triticum', or all libraries generated from 'endosperm' tissue
- Select a specific Library from the drop-down menu
- Search results include: Library Name, Genus, Species, Germplasm, Tissue, Stage, Treatment, Number of sequenced ESTs
- Download the sequences of all the ESTs from the library in FASTA format
- Download a MS Word document containing detailed information about the library (if available)
