Interactive Oregon Wolfe Barley Maps

An Ac/Ds transposon-tagging system was created in barley to develop a tool for gene discovery and reverse genetics.
Ds elements were transposed into new and stable locations in the variety "Golden Promise".
Flanking DNA sequences were then reassembled and corresponding sequences mapped in the Oregon Wolfe Barley population.
Maps below show the location of Ds elements and Naked Eye Phenotypes (NEPs) on the OWB maps.
Individual chromosome pages include all molecular markers and links to more information on the NEPs and DsT insertions.
