Stripe Rust is a serious disease in the cereals. The causal organism is Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici. This page summarizes existing data in GrainGenes and is intended to track progress to represent all Yr genes, loci, and QTL through 2020; and is part of the Wheat Gene Catalog curation project.
