A post-doctoral research associate position is available in the Soybean Genetics and Genomics Laboratory at the University of Missouri. The successful candidate will work on soybean molecular biology and gene editing with an emphasis on nematode resistance. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in genetics, plant biology, or a related discipline with experience in molecular cloning, plant genome editing technologies, and functional genomics analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative research environment are essential. Applications will be considered until a suitable candidate is identified. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
