Remark
Segregation significantly distorted in favor of the Oberkulmer alleles (P < 0.05)
Polymorphism based on a locus present in Oberkulmer but absent in Forno
In some publications Xgwm111-7D is reported to be on the long arm, due to misidentification of a Chinese Spring ditelosomic stock Dt7DS as Dt7DL. The location on 7DS was confirmed using the Thatcher ditelosomics (reference TAG-102-504).
