Remarks

Two maps were curated from Nsabiyera et al. (2018). Wheat_Yr80_2018-3BL is a partial genetic map of Yr80 (YrAW11) on 3BL with locus positions reflecting the position in the small linkage group. Wheat_Yr80KASPs_2018-3BL are YrAW11-linked SNPs with marker positions from the 3B 90K SNP consensus map (Wang et al., 2014).

Synonyms were added to SNPs and SSRs when possible to enable more links on CMap
