Remarks
Mapping was done on 70 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) of the ITMI mapping population. These lines are a subset of the 115 RILS (F7 progeny) previously used to create the ITMI maps.
MAPMAKER/Exp Version 9.0b was used to assign the new markers to the existing map consisting of 266 anchor markers (see Map_data 'Wheat, Synthetic x Opata'). Maps were constructed using a maximum recombination fraction of 0.35 and a minimum LOD score of 3.0.
