188 recombinant inbred lines were analyzed for high-temperature, adult-plant resistance to stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis) in eight different environments. Louise is a highly resistant culitvar whereas Penawawa is highly susceptible. The map was constructed using Mapmaker version3.0b and QTL were mapped with QTL Cartographer version2.5. A LOD threshold larger than 3.0 was considered significant. This population was also analyzed for growth habit, leaf color, plant height, flowering date, maturity date, test weight, protein content, yield, Hessian fly resistance, and end-use quality.
