Higher scores in the 'higher scoring allele' class indicate a higher percent of infected kernals, and therefore a more severe reaction to Fusarium.

The Zhedar 2 allele gave higher scores (positive additivity) in the Fargo 1996 environment, but not in the other 2 environments, Hangzhou 1997 and Shanghai 1996.
