The current (1991) linkage map for barley developed by Dr. T. Tsuchiya, Department of Agronomy, Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado 80523, U.S.A. Changes from previous maps include the gene order on chromosome 3 (both short and long arms), placement of Q on 55, and location of the chromosome S centromere in relation to morphological markers.
