In addition to the two sets of primary trisomics from cultivar 'Betzes' and cultivar 'Shin Ebisu 16' (SE 16), a nearly complete set of primary trisomics from the cultivar 'Steptoe'
was also obtained from Dr. R.T. Ramage. However, the primary trisomics derived from Steptoe need to be increased before they are available. Other aneuploid stocks including telotrisomic 1L, 1S, 2L, 2S, 3L, 3S, 4L (deficient), 5L, 5S, 6S, and 7S and acrotrisomic 1L^1S, 4L^4S, 5S^5L, 6S^6L, and 7S^7L were also transferred from Colorado State University to Aberdeen, Idaho. Seeds of these stocks are available for distribution. A new acrocentric trisomic was also isolated from the progenies of a F2 population from a cross between triplo 6 and chlorina mutant f13 or B2-4. Giemsa N-banding technique will be applied to identify this new acrocentric chromosome.
